The first step to making this grilled goodness is to soak the cedar plank in water for at least two hours. Once the plank is finished soaking, place the salmon onto the plank and season it with black pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Place the plank onto your preheated grill and close the cover. - ¼ tsp. black pepper
