Instead of thinking “I need to lose 50 pounds,” try breaking it up to 10 pound weight loss goals at a time. You’ll feel great after you hit that first mark and inspired to keep going. Try to focus on a positive and optimistic mindset. Fifty pounds is absolutely attainable.
