How do I set up a NuMi account?

NuMi is the official Nutrisystem companion app and your portal to weight loss success! You can download the FREE NuMi app on your Smartphone’s App store, Google Play, or access it on desktop at numi.com >

To set up an account on NuMi, open the app and tap “Find your program.” Click “Don’t have an account?” at the bottom of the screen. You can then sign in using your existing Nutrisystem account or create a new NuMi account.

To sign in with an existing Nutrisystem account:

  1. Select “Use your Nutrisystem account” and enter the email address and password that is associated with your existing Nutrisystem account.
  2. After you review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, tap “Sign in with Nutrisystem.”
  3. Enter your name and gender, then tap “Continue.”
  4. Answer the questions on the following screens to tell us more about yourself and to set up your NuMi account with a specific Nutrisystem plan.
  5. The following screens will ask you questions about NuMi SmartAdapt, your start date, push notifications and fitness tracking.
  6. Once you’re all set, your NuMi account will be linked to your Nutrisystem account. You can “Take a Tour” of the app to learn more about its features.

To create a new account on NuMi:

  1. Select “Create a new Numi account” and enter your name and gender.
  2. Tap “Continue” and set up your account details by entering your email address and creating a password.
  3. After you review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, tap “Sign Up.”
  4. Answer the questions on the following screens to tell us more about yourself and to set up your NuMi account with a specific Nutrisystem plan.
  5. The following screens will ask you questions about NuMi SmartAdapt, your start date, push notifications and fitness tracking.
  6. Once you’re all set, you can “Take a Tour” of the app to learn more about its features!

On a Nutrisystem Partner Plan? Please note you can only have one NuMi account per email address. You and your partner will each need to create your own NuMi account with your own email address.
