What do I do if there is a problem with my frozen shipment?
If you have any issues with your frozen diet food shipment (e.g. defrosted food, missing items, damaged items) please call Nutrisystem at 1-800-585-5483 for assistance. Please do not consume items that have defrosted from your food delivery. We will be happy to address your problem and find a solution so you can continue on your fitness journey as soon as possible.
