3 Printable Checklists to Make Your Healthy Life EasyArticle posted in: Diet & Nutrition
We all know that the harder it is to maintain a healthy life, the less likely we are to stay on track. That’s why at Nutrisystem, we try to equip you with all kinds of tools to make it easy to live a healthy life. We offer a free app, free Weight Loss Coaching and tons of recipes and weight loss tips and tricks right here on The Leaf.
But today, we’re serving up three more tools to make your new healthy life even easier. Just click on the graphics below each paragraph to access the checklists. Then feel free to print them out and post them on your fridge, your desk, wherever it makes most sense!
1. Make sure you’re eating all of your colors with our easy Rainbow Checklist.
Strive to eat at least four servings of non-starchy vegetables every day (but feel free to indulge in as many as you’d like!). What constitutes one serving? A half cup cooked or one cup raw.
It’s also important to fill your plate with a wide variety of colors. Track your color counts with our simple Rainbow Checklist. Just click on the image below to access the tracker.
2. Fit in fitness the easy way with our simple Activity Checklist.
The Physical Activity Guidelines recommend that we engage in at least 150 minutes of activity each week to maximize our health benefits. My Daily 3 is our way of tackling this recommendation in an easy way that works with your life. By incorporating three quick, 10-minute activity sessions into your day, you can still reap the benefits of regular exercise without making a 30-minute commitment all at once.
With My Daily 3, you can sneak 10 minutes of activity in before work, 10 minutes in at lunch and 10 minutes after work. Or, if it works better with your schedule, you can squeeze three 10-minute sessions in throughout your workday—whatever works for you!

3. Load up on enough liquids using our Water Checklist.
At Nutrisystem, we recommend drinking a half ounce of water for every pound you weigh (so divide your weight in half and drink that many ounces of water per day). Use this chart to check off your water intake each day.
